Kemeera Nimahat is the CEO of Mamma Jamma Dance & Maternal Wellness. "My movements are designed to help balance muscles and tissues, help create space in the body," Nimahat said. The Mamma Jamma dance class intentionally crafts moves with a pregnant and postpartum body in mind.

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Several families woke up to their cars damaged after wind toppled trees on the city's North Side. Residents in the West Ridge neighborhood said they woke up to the sound of a tree falling and crushing cars near Albany and Rosemont avenues. CHICAGO (WLS) -- Several female veterans are speaking up after the Pentagon's decision to remove images from their website. It comes after President Donald Trump's executive order to get rid of images or words related to diversity, equity and inclusion, or DEI. Some of the images pulled were from the first all-female veterans flight out of Chicago in 2021. And those women said they weren't meant to be removed, but instead treasured. It was supposed to be an image cemented into military history.

LIBERTYVILLE, Ill. (WLS) -- Four women have spent more than a decade packing millions of meals, determined to make sure every child is fed. They all volunteer for the nonprofit Feed My Starving Children in Libertyville. The group has sites across the country. Each station at the suburban location is named after a different county. The so-called "Haiti Ladies" are doing their part for the greater good.
