According to advocates, Rodriguez was told that he needed to come to ICE’s office in Blue Ash to have his ankle monitoring device removed. HARRISON, Ohio — Residents of the city of Harrison have filed a lawsuit, claiming a portion of land called "The Pit" is being used for illegal dumping and mining. Residents claim that portion of land near Cincinnati West Airport is being used for illegal dumping and mining. The property is near a school and homes. Bradley and Cheryl Noes say it has been a long-time problem that has been ignored by city leaders for years.

Jones said he feels the November 2024 election is a mandate not only for the Trump team but for law enforcement. “The federal government doesn’t have jails,” Jones said. “They’ll have to depend on 3,300 county jails to house prisoners.”Jones told WCPO he has already begun preparing. He said his deputies are clearing a pod that could house nearly 100 detainees. “We try to keep all the illegals in one area as we’ve done before. They wear a different color uniform,” Jones said.
