Share CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Road conditions continue to worsen due to Thanksgiving lake effect snow throughout much of Northeast Ohio. These conditions, leaving many stranded along I-90 traveling East. As a result of the conditions, ODOT has announced 220 crews are out across the state, helping clear the roads. In many sections of I-90 in Northeast Ohio , speeds are reduced due to conditions. 19 News has seen this essentially from Route 44 to the Ashtabula County border.

Share CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Delta-8, a THC product, has been seen on shelves across Ohio with little limitation. In fact, in the state of Ohio, it is unregulated. This is leading to a new bill that could limit the sale of the product. Delta-8 is a form of cannabis, but due to the low amounts of THC is unregulated in many states, including Ohio. According to the FDA , Delta-8 is a psychoactive substance found in the Cannabis plant.

ShareCLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - A new Baldwin Wallace University poll of 877 registered Ohio voters shows a strong opposition to gerrymandering, but that doesn’t necessarily mean a strong support for Issue 1 to pass. Issue 1 will be on all Ohio ballots for November’s general election. If a “yes” vote passes by a majority, a new 15 person panel would be created.

SharePORTAGE COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) - Following a Facebook post made to Portage County Sheriff Bruce Zuchowski’s personal page, the Ohio Attorney General and Bureau of Criminal Investigation are reporting more than 60 individual complaints were made of voter intimidation. The complaints were all made following the post , which called for voters to mark down addresses of those with “the Flip-Flopping, Laughing Hyena”, alluding to Democratic Presidential nominee Vice President Kamala Harris.

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The Ohio Supreme Court is currently deliberating on whether or not to take a case regarding animal cruelty designations in Ohio. The case being deliberated surrounds Alonzo Kyles.
