CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Active pattern continues with a cold front swinging through the area this afternoon then stalls in southern Ohio. Most towns will be in the 69 to 74 degree range for a high temperature today. A few morning showers will be around then scattered afternoon thunderstorms. There is a risk that a couple of these storms could reach severe levels. The better threat will be south and east of Cleveland. Looks like we get a break in the rain and storms much of tonight.

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Active pattern the next several days with rounds of rain and thunderstorms. Today will be warm and windy during the afternoon. A south wind will gust over 35 mph at times. High temperatures well in the 70s to around 80 degrees. The first in a series of fronts will track through the area tonight. Clusters of storms will be in the area, especially this afternoon and early evening. Any storms could turn severe and cause wind damage or hail.

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - A noticeable change today as we are much cooler with a sunny day in the forecast. A lake breeze keeps things cool near Lake Erie with afternoon temperatures in the lower to middle 50s in the lake breeze zone. You’ll be in the 60s in the Akron-Canton zone. A mostly cloudy sky tonight. The next will track out of Texas and Oklahoma today and west of Ohio tomorrow. The next cold front, with this system, approaches from the west.

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - A very windy and warm day ahead in advance of a strong cold front that tracks through the area this evening. South to southwest winds could gust over 45 mph at times. It’ll be fairly humid as well. High temperatures will make it to around 80 degrees. Thunderstorms are forecast to develop this afternoon. Everything will be fast moving. The dynamics are there in the atmosphere for these storms to turn severe with all hazards in play, including the risk of a tornado.

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - A winner of a weather day today in advance of a strong cold front that will track through Tuesday evening. Lots of sun in the forecast today and it will be warmer. High temperatures in the middle to upper 70s. A clear sky tonight and warm. A south wind will be increasing as the night wears on. Overnight temperatures only fall into the 60s. An active day ahead tomorrow with that cold front rolling through during the evening hours.
