WENATCHEE — For nearly two weeks, Travis Caleb Decker has been a fugitive, sought first for the abduction and then for the murders of his three daughters: Olivia, 5, Evelyn, 8, and Paityn, 9. But just nine months ago, he was in a Chelan County courtroom as a divorced father, asking a judge not to limit visitations with his children. The girls’ mother, Whitney Decker, was in Superior Court with her lawyer Arianna Cozart to modify a parenting agreement, put in place amid their divorce in 2023.
