Elite pass rushers are a premium position in the NFL, arguably second only to quarterbacks as the top target in the draft. Penn State has one in Abdul Carter who is considered by many to be the best overall player available and a sure-fire top 5 pick in the upcoming NFL Draft.

PSU’s top two prospects, defensive end Abdul Carter and tight end Tyler Warren chose not to participate, Carter because he is still recovering from a shoulder injury.
