Former Nittany Lion Calvin Booth, who played for the team from 1995-99 and was named Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year as a junior, was fired from his front office role as the general manager of the Denver Nuggets. The news was first reported by ESPN's Shams Charania on Tuesday. Booth held the role for the previous five years and was the assistant general manager for three years prior.
