The sister of a Bronx father of three killed by a heartless hit-and-run Mercedes driver believes the fugitive drier will eventually be nabbed. Kelvin Mitchell was crossing Webster Ave. mid-block near E. 168th St., just around the corner from his home, when he was mowed down by the driver of a black Mercedes-Benz about 12:45 a.m. Saturday, cops said. The driver has not been caught. “God is going to make sure that my brother sees justice,” the victim’s sister, Justina Lorrious, told the Daily News.

A 32-year-old man was fatally stabbed on a Queens street, cops said SundayThe victim was knifed once in the neck and twice in the chest near 34th Ave. and 96th St. in Jackson Heights about 7:40 p.m. Saturday, cops said. Medics rushed him to Elmhurst Hospital but he couldn’t be saved. The victim’s name was not immediately released. Police have made no arrests. The killing marks the fourth homicide this year in Queens’ 115th Precinct, which saw four killings in all of 2024, NYPD statistics show.

Two men died after being found unconscious in the stairwell of a building in Manhattan’s Little Italy where they were doing work, cops said. One of the victims, a 34-year-old man, died at the scene inside the stairwell on Mulberry St. near Hester St. about 3:45 p.m. Saturday, cops said. Medics rushed the second man to New York Presbyterian-Lower Manhattan Hospital but he could not be saved.
