A 28-year-old Little Rock man who accidentally inflicted a fatal head injury on his seven-week-old son received the maximum sentence of 10 years in prison on Friday from a Pulaski County circuit judge who said his admission that he had deliberately inflicted other bone-breaking injuries on the baby out of his frustration about the infant's crying merited the strongest penalty.
