Memphis basketball's Academic Progress Rate (APR) score dropped in the 2023-24 season, according to data released by the NCAA. Penny Hardaway's team scored an 844 in single-year APR rate compared to a perfect 1,000 in both the 2021-22 and 2022-23 academic years. The Tigers have a four-year APR rate of 954, down from 988 a year ago. Definitely when I go into games I'll remember that and remember that feeling.
