Jeffrey Zizz is charged with murder, kidnapping and unlawful disposal of human remains for the death of 82-year-old Marcia Norman, the Thurston County Sheriff's Office announced in a Facebook post on Sunday afternoon. Detectives started investigating Norman's disappearance on April 4.
