ST. LOUIS — The Enterprise Center seems to always be busy. This weekend it’s the Frozen Four featuring Boston, Denver, Penn State and Western Michigan for a third time dating back to 1975. In a couple of weeks, it seems like the NHL playoffs will be here as well. “We’ve been putting a lot into building up the hockey community here to make ourselves the home of hockeyacross the lower Midwest,” Blues owner Tom Stillman said.
