Broadway following a traffic stop. The traffic stop was initiated after Nashata Love, 46, of North Little Rock, disregarded a stop sign and failed to use her turn signal, according to an arrest report.

A former police chief convicted of murder and rape wore a makeshift outfit meant to mimic law enforcement during his escape from an Arkansas prison, authorities said. Grant Hardin, 56, escaped from the North Central Unit in Calico Rock around 3:40 p.m. Sunday, according to an Arkansas State Police news release issued the same day.
