COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) - KBTX anchor Heather Kovar was arrested late Monday night by Texas A&M University police and charged with assault family violence causing bodily injury. A probable cause statement released Tuesday says Kovar was involved in an argument at a College Station bar with a person she knew. The two left the bar, at which point the disagreement became physical and resulted in injuries to the victim, including a broken nose.
