LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Paving is scheduled to begin next week at the intersection of Bowman Road and Kanis Road following a construction error that set the project back. According to the City of Little Rock, the contractor, Boyles Construction, made an error when laying out the south curb line of Kanis Road at Bowman. That mistake wasn’t discovered until after the curb, sidewalk, and paving had already been constructed in the intersection.
