EL PASO, T.X. (KFOX14) — Moises Galvan accused of killing 22-year-old Rogelio Franco in the BarFly parking lot six years ago, took the stand to state his defense on Wednesday. Galvan said he shot the gun in self-defense, adding the gun wasn't his and that he took the gun away from Franco's friend David Ortega.
