MADISON, Wis. (WKOW) - The Madison Edgewood boys hockey season was unforgettable as they made history by winning their first-ever state championship. MADISON (WKOW) -- It's on to the Big Ten Tournament for the Wisconsin softball team. The Badgers just wrapped up the regular season 33-20 overall and 11-11 in Big Ten play. Wisconsin locked in the nine seed and will face eighth-seeded Michigan in the opening round on Wednesday. The Badgers haven't beaten the Wolverines since 2017 and dropped the series earlier this season. But, that hasn't shaken their confidence heading into the tournament. "I think the team is hungry," Head Coach Yvette Healy said.
