American Family Insurance Championship at TPC Madison was the scene of our first stop. Since 2016, the championship has raised almost $20 million for charity.

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - A Madison man was sentenced on Friday to seven years in federal prison for distributing fentanyl, the Department of Justice reported. Arminius D. Jones, 49, pleaded guilty to these charges on March 21. The sentencing also includes a charge for Jones possessing 40 grams or more of fentanyl intended for distribution. According to the DOJ, between May of 2024 and July of 2024, Jones sold fentanyl pills to an undercover police officer in Madison on three different occasions.

Public Health Madison and Dane County will be participating in this initiative for a third year. The color orange is meant to symbolize what hunters wear in the woods to protect themselves and others. Organizers said the goal is to spread awareness and build community to end gun violence.
