NORWALK — Through an online volunteering program, Norwalk resident Sam Aldershof is able to teach a Ukrainian citizen the workings of the English language without having to leave Connecticut. ENGin, a nonprofit group, connects English speakers with English language learners abroad for weekly video chat conversations.
