WINTERVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) — The town of Winterville hosted “Cycle and Serve,” an all-ages bike rodeo and community service event. At this event, children were able to bring their bikes to ride or borrow one provided to help them learn bike safety skills. “This event is called Cycle and Serve, and it is an opportunity for us to teach children bike safety rules of the road,” Safe Kids Pitt County, Ellen Walston said.
