    As the 30th anniversary of his daughter's murder approaches Sunday, Deanna Cremin's father made his annual pilgrimage to her grave and the square in Somerville named in her honor. "It's about me paying my respects to her and letting her know that I'm still always going to be here for her. And hopefully, we get some answers," said her father, Al Rodgers. Deanna Cremin was found strangled behind a Somerville housing complex on March 30, 1995, just days after her 17th birthday.

Bridges deemed to be in poor condition have the highest levels of deterioration and damage. Anthony Foxx, former Secretary of the US Department of Transportation, said it's a problem in need of immediate solutions.

    Residents of a Cape Cod mobile home park wanting to buy their park and to keep out an out-of-state buyer scored a legal victory Thursday when a judge ruled in the residents' favor, ordering the sale to the residents' group to go forward. While the ruling had been in effect ordered by the state Appeals Court, the decision by Barnstable Superior Court Judge Michael K. Callan still is a win for residents of Pocasset Park, according to their attorney, Thomas Aylesworth.

    Prosecutors revealed in court today that they identified Stephen Paul Gale as a suspect in the 1989 Framingham rape case using DNA from three different relatives. The revelations came in Middlesex Superior Court in Woburn as prosecutors were asking a judge to order Gale's DNA be collected by swabbing his cheek. They want to see if it matches DNA preserved from the attack.
