As of Wednesday morning, June 25, hundreds of people still did not have power. The outage was caused after an electrical substation caught on fire Monday night. A separate incident in Littlestown Borough caused thousands to lose power on Sunday, June 22, although Met-Ed expects to restore that areas power by 8 a.m. on Wednesday.
