HARRISBURG, Pa. – An Arizona District Court ruled that over-the-top applications of dicamba would not be allowed this growing season. There was outrage from the agriculture community,  so the E.P.A. issued an Existing Stocks Order. More than 800 people attended from over 20 countries, and it was a chance to network with others in the biodiesel and sustainable aviation fuel industries.
