    COLUMBIA CO., Wis. (WKOW) -- The Wisconsin Department of Transportation is alerting drivers near Arlington in Columbia County of a fire that is blocking the two right lanes on I-39 northbound. WisDOT says the call came in around 5:45 a.m. Officials estimate it may take around two hours to clear the fire and unblock those lanes at County CS. DeForest State Patrol is at the scene.     ST. CROIX COUNTY, Wis. (WKOW) -- The St. Croix County Sheriff's Office is investigating the deaths of two people following a welfare check at a property north of the unincorporated community of Hersey, in Springfield Township. The St. Croix County Emergency Communication Center receieved a call around 8:56 p.m. on Monday for a welfare check of an adult woman. According to an incident report from the sheriff's office, her family made the request after not being able to contact her.

    JANESVILLE, Wis. (WKOW) -- A 39-year-old wanted man is in custody following a SWAT scene in the 2000 block of S. Osbourne Ave. Justin Gillespie had active warrants through the Janesville Police Department and the Beloit Police Department. According to an incident report from the Janesville Police Department, after Gillespie failed to cooperated with patrol officers, Janesville SWAT was activated. Gillespie was taken into custody inside the residence.
