Onlookers near the scene where a man drove a pickup truck overnight into a crowd of people in the French Quarter of New Orleans on Wednesday, killing at least 15 and injuring dozens. In a YouTube video from 2020, the man identified as the suspect said he had been born and raised in Beaumont, Texas, and had served in the U.S. military.
