    Thousands of Lime and Spin e-bikes and scooters returned to Minneapolis this week as the city launched its Shared Bike and Scooter Program for the 2025 season with rentals starting Monday, April 7. New this year, Lime and Spin will pilot year-round operations of scooters and bikes. The program typically shut down at the end of November. "We're not seeing it as a dramatic change," said Dillon Fried with the Traffic and Parking Services Division in Minneapolis.
