This property is offering a license to chill. A French Riviera estate once owned by the late Sean Connery, the original James Bond, has returned to the market with an asking price of approximately $26.4 million, according to a release from the brokerage Savills, which listed the property this week. Set on a terraced hillside in Nice, the Art Deco residence — formally known as Villa Roc Fleuri — is better known in the area as the “Bond Villa,” Chuck McKee of Savills said in a statement.
