One of the major reasons we put on an event like Dish Fest is to give back to local charities. There’s perhaps no one more deserving of benefiting from it than Jennifer Caraway at The Joy Bus, a nonprofit that delivers chef-inspired meals and home visits to cancer patients around the Valley. In 2025, Caraway expects The Joy Bus to expand its operation by moving The Joy Bus Diner to a larger location with expanded space for its kitchen and meal prep areas.
