KPHO-TV, also known as channel 5, is a television station located in Phoenix, Arizona, and is affiliated with CBS. The station is part of Gray Television, which also owns the independent station KTVK (channel 3) and the low-power LATV affiliate KPHE-LD (channel 44). Both KPHO-TV and KTVK operate from shared studios on North Seventh Avenue in Uptown Phoenix, while KPHO-TV's transmitter is situated on South Mountain on the southern part of the city.
