    RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — A Raleigh criminal defense attorney on parole for drug convictions was arrested Monday on new charges, court records show. Andrew Nicholas Clifford, 42, is charged with felony possession of cocaine and felony possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, according to a warrant filed by WakeMed campus police. Clifford is listed as the founder of the Raleigh firm Clifford Law Group.
