They said the injuries range from young children to older adults and that they have treated everything from burns, lacerations and contusions. CHI Health stated that the injuries were mainly to the eyes, face, and hands.

    An Arkansas man has been arrested and charged with the death of a participant in the Tour De Nebraska bicycle ride. According to the Cherry County Attorney, Earl Joe Cooper, 35, of Arkansas has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of 82-year-old Larry Lynn Covalciuc. Covalciuc was participating in the Tour De Nebraska bicycle ride. The Cherry County Attorney said that Cherry County dispatched received a report on June 29 about a bicycle lying on the north shoulder of Highway 20.

According to the Cherry County Attorney, Earl Joe Cooper, 35, of Arkansas has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of 82-year-old Larry Lynn Covalciuc. Covalciuc was participating in the Tour De Nebraska bicycle ride.

    MCCOOK, Neb. — A two-vehicle accident on South Highway 83 near McCook resulted in injuries and required a coordinated emergency response from multiple agencies. According to the Red Willow County Sheriff's Office (RWCS), at approximately 10:07 a.m., McCook dispatch alerted McCook Ambulance to respond to a collision involving a Weather Craft heavy lift box truck and a FedEx van. The Red Willow Rural Western Fire Department and the Red Willow County Sheriff's Office were also dispatched to the scene.
