KSNB-TV is a television station that broadcasts on virtual and VHF digital channel 4. It is affiliated with NBC, MyNetworkTV, and MeTV, and is licensed in Superior, Nebraska, serving the southeastern and central regions of the state. The station is part of Gray Television's ownership, operating alongside the Lincoln CBS affiliate KOLN (channel 10) and its satellite KGIN (channel 11) in Grand Island. The transmitter for KSNB-TV is situated near York, Nebraska. The main news operations are conducted at a studio located just north of Hastings on U.S. 281, which was previously home to the area's former NBC affiliate, KHAS-TV (now known as KNHL, affiliated with Sonlife Broadcasting Network). The master control and most of the internal functions take place at KOLN's facility located on North 40th Street in Lincoln. Due to a weaker signal in Lincoln, KSNB-TV's main channel is available on the digital subcarriers of KOLN and KGIN. Additionally, the station operates a translator in Lincoln, K18CD-D, which broadcasts on UHF digital channel 18.

(KSNB) - A fast-moving fire burned through about 60 acres near the Platte River in Hall County Wednesday evening, drawing help from multiple fire departments, local farmers and volunteers.     GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KSNB) - A man convicted after a fire that destroyed two buildings in north Grand Island is going on probation. Heriberto Gonzalez Castillo, 25, was convicted of attempted possession of a controlled substance and first offense driving under the influence, both misdemeanors in February. A related charge of no operator’s license was dismissed. Court records show that Gonzalez Castillo was sentenced to 18 months probation on both counts to be served concurrently, or at the same time.

    GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KSNB) - The suspect in the I-80 rest stop murder remains incompetent to stand trial, according Hall County District Court records. James Thompson Jr. had a competency review hearing on Friday, where the judge ruled that he still is not fit for trial and that he will remain in the Lincoln Regional Center for treatment. The 22-year-old is accused of stabbing a Missouri man to death at an I-80 rest stop near Grand Island.
