    ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Several locked vehicles were broken into Thursday night at the Legacy at Clover Blossom on Mcauley Dr., according to the Brighton Police Department. The break-ins happened around 11 p.m. Thursday by an “unknown suspect(s),” according to police, who said 26 vehicles in total were damaged. As the investigation continues, police said it remains unclear whether anything was stolen from within the vehicles. No suspects are in custody.

    ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – A woman is dead after she was struck by a vehicle in Rochester Wednesday afternoon, according to police. Officers were called to the scene on North Winton Road near Hillside Avenue around 4 p.m. on Wednesday, where they found the victim critically injured. Life-saving aid was performed on the scene before the unidentified woman was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital. She later died at the hospital.
