    PHOENIX — The Glendale Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying three persons of interest following a mass shooting at a restaurant Sunday night.  In a release, police say the persons of interest are not suspects but may have information needed for the investigation. Police are still combing through evidence and encourage anyone with information to either call Silent Witness (480) 948.6377 or scan a QR code to upload any pictures or videos related to the case.

    PHOENIX — Are you ready for Opening Day at Chase Field? The Arizona Diamondbacks are encouraging ticket holders to arrive early to avoid traffic delays for the nearly sold-out game. The D-backs are set to play the Chicago Cubs on Thursday at 7:10 p.m. Gates will open at 5 p.m., giving fans ample time to find their seats and take in the Opening Day festivities at 6:30 pm. Fans should also note that it will be a warm day, and the roof of Chase Field will be open.

While record-breaking heat is our forte, staying hydrated during the spring and summer months is actually a matter of life and death. The Arizona Department of Health Service’s heat-related illness dashboard breaks down emergency room visits. Maricopa County had nearly 4,000 visits last year. Pima County came in second with 573 trips, and Pinal County was third with 360 trips.
