The "Ten Best Days of Summer" are getting closer and closer by the day. Wednesday officially marks the 100-day countdown to the start of this year's Champlain Valley Fair. The 10-day-long event kicks off on Aug. 22 and runs through Aug. 31. This year, guests will be able to enjoy concerts from 80s rockers Loverboy and 38 Special, Country artists Brantley Gilbert and Dustin Lynch, and hip-hop artist Lil Jon.

Police are responding to a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 87 in Plattsburgh. Clinton County Dispatch confirmed that four vehicles were involved in a crash on I-87 North between exits 36 and 37. The crash took place on Wednesday afternoon shortly before 4 p.m.Additional information was not immediately available.
