Reimbursement for being a juror in a Shasta County just soured a bit. Nine months after daily jury reimbursement was boosted to $100 starting on the second day of service, reimbursement sunk back to the longstanding $15 a day because a pilot program that had hoped to attract more people to jury service by increasing their pay was scrapped.
