    As expected, the cowboy-hat clad Redding City Council on Tuesday night gave unanimous approval to a long-term lease for the Redding Rodeo Association. "Can I get a yee-haw?" asked Mayor Jack Munns before the discussion and vote. The proposal includes a 25-year lease of the city-owned property near the Redding Civic Auditorium. If the rodeo's leadership at that time approves, the lease can be extended for 10 years and, after that, for another 10 years.
