Three people died Sunday morning after a car drove the wrong way on Interstate 5 near Scatter Creek, according to Washington State Patrol. Part of the highway has been closed in that area since the crash and likely will be until late Sunday morning. Sometime before 5:30 a.m., a car drove south in the northbound lanes of I-5 near milepost 91, said the agency. The car driving the wrong way collided with a car going the correct way, killing all three people in the two cars.
