Nancy CutlerRockland/Westchester Journal NewsEven though World Trade Center Health Program cuts have been averted twice this year, 9/11 advocates say the program hasn't escaped unscathed. HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and the Trump administration have made cuts across health agencies. Clearwater's Great Hudson River Revival was once a premier event in Westchester, with top-notch performers, and activities that celebrated the river's environmental preservation. It's not the Clearwater Festival, but it's a great Hudson River concert revival nonetheless.
