"Makes you feel unsafe in your own home," said Kandee Fogel, a Lorain resident. "Definitely scary." According to the Lorain Police Department, worried family members asked officers to do a welfare check at a home on West 29th Street around 10 p.m. Saturday night. "They had it blocked off from my driveway all the way to the end," a neighbor told 3News.
