A 22-year-old motorcyclist died after colliding with an SUV in Southport, Florida. The accident occurred on State 77 near a Tractor Supply store. The SUV driver, a 69-year-old male, was uninjured. Panama City commissioners voted to expand golf cart access to six additional neighborhoods. The decision follows an earlier ordinance that allowed golf carts in St. Andrews and Downtown areas.
