The fire happened in the 500 block of North 35th Street. Flames began shooting through the roof of a home in the 3 a.m. hour Friday. The second floor and roof of the home are pretty much gone.

The crash happened around 1 a.m. in Piedmont Avenue just south of Gasconade Street in St. Louis’ Mt. Pleasant neighborhood. Authorities say the car flipped over, though the circumstances leading up to that are not quite clear.

EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. – Crews are working to contain an apparent house fire Thursday morning in East St. Louis. Heavy flames are coming out of a home on North 18th Street and Ridge Avenue. Our Nissan Rogue Runner reporter, Nic Lopez, captured footage of the scene located on the 2400 block of Mississippi Avenue at the ‘BP’ gas station, where Sauget Police were seen taping the area. A man was later seen being taken into custody.

ST. LOUIS – Monday morning, we’re following the latest developments after an officer-involved shooting in south St. Louis. This happened just after 2:00 a.m. Police say that a group of teens were trying to steal a car. An off-duty officer came out to confront them. One suspect shot at the officer and the officer returned fire and was able to detain one of the suspects. The others took off.
