MYRTLE BEACH — A year later, the memories bring both grief and comfort.  Sandy Schultz-Peters was a petite woman with an outsized personality. A constant presence in her Market Common neighborhood, she was often seen walking her labradoodle, Sophie, or hustling to a book club or knitting group. She loved visiting her brother, David.
