CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KFVS) - Giving birth is no easy feat, it’s an emotional rollercoaster. And as if it’s not stressful enough, imagine having a baby during a tornado. For a family in Jackson Missouri, they had just a few hours of baby bliss before tornado sirens sounded. “Oh we were just so excited but exhausted, so tired, soaking in all the cuddles we could get and we were excited to introduce him to family and friends, and we were just over the moon,” Kelsey Spain recalls.

According to the Bollinger County Sheriff’s Office, all current members of the Marble Hill Police Department submitted their resignations on Monday, which are reportedly effective on Friday.
