Texas A&M men’s tennis hosted its season opener against the UTSA Roadrunners at the Mitchell Tennis Center Saturday. The Aggies opened their season as the No. 14 team in the country in the ITA preseason poll and had seven Aggies individually ranked. The Maroon and White are coming off their preseason tournament, where they finished with a 29-15 record. “I am excited to get the season going this weekend,” coach Steve Denton said before the match.

Texas A&M volleyball made its way to Desert Financial Arena in Tempe, Arizona on Friday to begin their NCAA Tournament play against the Colorado State Rams. Coach Jamie Morrison was surely hoping for a longer run than last season’s early first round exit, the Aggies did just that, defeating the Rams, 3-1. The Aggies and Rams have met nine times since 1978, with Colorado State leading the series 6-3. But that was until the Aggies defeated the Rams 3-1 in the Desert.

Texas A&M volleyball enters the NCAA Tournament as a No. 6 seed for its second postseason appearance in as many years under coach Jamie Morrison. Morrison led the Aggies to a 19-7 regular season, going 10-6 in SEC play for A&M’s first 10-win performance in conference action since 2019. The Aggies have been successful thanks to the efforts of junior opposite hitter Logan Lednicky, who has had an outstanding season..

Texas A&M volleyball hosted the LSU Tigers for its last home game of the season this Sunday at Reed Arena, in what is also the Aggies’ second to last SEC match of the season.. It was also senior night for the Aggies, dedicating the last home match to senior libero/defensive specialist Ellee Stinson and redshirt senior middle blocker Molly Brown.
