    MHPA Picton (Milford Haven Port Authority)The Port of Milford Haven has issued an urgent reminder to the public about the serious risks and legal consequences associated with targeting vessels on the Milford Haven Waterway with lasers. On April 6, two vessels, outbound from Carr Jetty towards Wear Spit, were targeted by a green laser light. The source of the laser is believed to have been from a vehicle in the Llanreath Car Park.
