    LOWELL - "America's Best Restaurants" will be at the oldest tavern in Lowell next week to highlight its menu and the historic building for the ABR Roadshow. The Worthen House Cafe has been operating as a tavern and restaurant since 1898, but the building was constructed on Worthen Street in 1934 as the West India Goods Store, just a decade after Lowell was chartered, and two years before it became a city. The building has been owned by the Hamourgas family since 2001.
