Elizabeth Ann Sims-Lambert of Mineral Wells, West Virginia, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at the Cleveland Clinic at the age of 65. She was born on August 11, 1959, in Elizabeth, West Virginia, to Eli Justine and Mary Mildred Sims. Liz attended Wirt County High School and Mountain State Community College. She was retired after a life filled with many different types of occupations. She was the dedicated wife to Wayne, with whom she shared 21 wonderful years.

Charles P. Barrett 87, of Belpre, OH., passed away Monday, April 14, 2025 at Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was born January 12, 1938 in Vincent, OH., to the late Carroll J. and Clara L. Kestermier Barrett. Charles is survived by his daughter Cheryl Wells (Chris), granddaughters Morgan and Elizabeth Wells and a sister Susanne Scheid. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son Steve, a daughter Kimberly Ann Barrett, brothers David, Jim and Tom and a sister Marita Oxender.

Jerry Keith Bower, age 78, of Parkersburg, WV, passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, after a short illness. He was born on December 20, 1946. Jerry was a devoted husband to his wife of many years, Lisa Bower. He was a loving and proud father to his children: Vince Bower (Mindi) of Williamstown, Jerry Patrick “Pat” Bower of Parkersburg, Jana Howell (Chad Foster) of Parkersburg, and Leah Wagoner (Martin) of Parkersburg and all of whom survive him.

Born on April 28, 2006, in Marietta, Ohio, Cole was a beloved resident of Lowell, Ohio, where he touched the lives of many with his vibrant spirit and kind heart. Cole was a proud graduate of Fort Frye High School and the Career Center, class of 2024.
