    Robert Leroy Lane, 88, of Williamstown, passed away May 27, 2025 at his residence. He was born November 25, 1936 in Spencer, a son of the late Chelsea and Reta Starcher Lane. Robert served our country honorably in the U.S. Army and then he was a welder, working for Steamfitters local #420. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, riding horses, and cooking.

She passed away at home on May 28, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. April was the beloved daughter of Dorothy Wharton and the loving spouse of Albert Beal, whom she married on October 2,1976. Together, they raised four wonderful children: Tony Beal with spouse Angela, Matt Beal with spouse Joanne, Chris McKnight, and Jenny Davis with spouse Chad.

    Kenneth D. Waggoner, 83, of Pennsboro, WV, departed this life on Saturday, May 24, 2025, at his residence. Kenneth was born July 8, 1941 in Massillon, OH, a son of the late Elvin W. and Bessie Tunning Waggoner. He served as the owner and operator of his own trucking company and spent his working career being a truck driver. He was a proud veteran of the United States Army and greatly enjoyed being with his family, especially taking vacations with them.
