JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) - The Jackson Democratic Primary Election for mayor is heading into a runoff. It’s a democratic ticket that featured over a dozen candidates. The top vote-getters in the race were incumbent Mayor Chokwe Antar Lumumba and Senator John Horhn. Horhn finished with the most votes, tallying 11,909, which was 48.4 percent of the votes.
