EAST WENATCHEE — Wenatchee Valley’s Super Oval hosted the return of the first Freestyle Motocross showcase in 10 years on Saturday, alongside four race classes for the Port-A-Potty 100 PLM. Motocross featured an aerial showcase from X-Games riders before race classes that included Jerry's Auto Supply Pro Late Models (5 entries), Dick's Heating and Air, Conditioning Thunder Cars (16 entries), Knutson General Contracting Bandoleros (7 entries), and Zero Handicap Mini Bombers (4 entries).

WENATCHEE VALLEY — School is out, and summer youth sports camps are in full swing throughout the Wenatchee Valley, including basketball, volleyball, and cheer this week. WENATCHEE — The Velocity Swimming Club is set to host the 2025 Starlight Open at the City of Wenatchee Pool in Wenatchee this Friday through Sunday — a two-and-a-half-day swim meet that attracted more than 516 athletes from the Puget Sound area, Idaho, and more locally, including USA Swimming and USA Masters Swimming athletes.
