AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – The pedestrian bridge at Eisenhower Park leading to the Augusta Canal tow path has reopened after water main break damaged infrastructure in area more than a week ago. According to Augusta Utilities, the pedestrian bridge was reopened Monday afternoon, July 1st, 2024, just in time for the July 4th holiday weekend.
